WatchGuyNYC is an independent luxury watch retailer and is not an authorized dealer of any of the brands we offer for sale.

Our timepieces are sourced exclusively through a trusted network of authorized dealers, distributors, collectors, and respected industry partners. Each watch is carefully inspected and authenticated before being offered for sale.

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, watches may be sold as unworn, like new, or pre-owned. The specific condition of each watch will be clearly disclosed on its product page. If no condition is specified, the watch should be considered pre-owned.

WatchGuyNYC does not represent, endorse, or act on behalf of any watch manufacturer, and we make no guarantees regarding the transferability or validity of any original manufacturer’s warranty. Any warranty provided with a purchase is offered solely by WatchGuyNYC and is serviced through our network of qualified professional watchmakers, subject to the terms of our warranty policy.
